Miskin Manor Winter Wedding

Some of us love Winter, for those people a Miskin Manor Winter Wedding is a delight! We love the deep rich colours of winter roses and the sparkle of Christmas lights. Cosy log fires and the warm atmosphere indoors make for a snug feeling behind the frosted windows. A Christmas wedding is guaranteed to be full of sparkle – but with a little extra magic.

Miskin Manor is the perfect place for a Christmas wedding with its dark rich wood panelled rooms and open fires. The whole place is filled with Christmas trees and stylish decor, add to this mix a fantastic couple and it’s a recipe for a sumptuous wedding.

Claire looks incredible in her Vera Wang dress, complemented by a wonderful bouquet created by the talented Adele at I Love Lily.   It was clear for all to see just how much Bob adores her. Their love story is retold in a book Bob wrote and illustrated himself. When he read to the guests during the ceremony there was not a dry eye in the room.

Every wedding is unique,

it’s a bit like making a film when it comes to capturing the essence of a wedding day. With this set of images from Claire & Bob’s Winter Wedding, the venue and the ‘cast’ led us in a particular direction. The bridesmaid and groomsmen photographs portray the sumptuous decadence of a stately manor house in the winter. I love these images and hope you enjoy them too!

Everyone was so cosy inside, sheltered from the cold and rain. However Martin had spotted a fabulous Acer tree with bright red leaves just outside. We gently coaxed the happy couple outside for a few moments – just in time to capture some gorgeous outdoor photos before the wind and rain drove us back to the party.
